Welcome event: Wednesday 15 November, 5:30pm – 8pm Gandel Hall, National Gallery of Australia, access via the Gallery’s main entrance
Dinner: Thursday 16 November, 6:30 – 11pm, Members’ Dining Room, Old Parliament House, access via the terrace on Queen Victoria Terrace.
Expected weather: Warm days and cool nights.
In-person registration includes:
  • All programmed sessions – see presentation listing (15-17 November, NGA)
  • All morning teas, lunches, and afternoon teas
  • Printed abstract and program booklet
  • Welcome event, including AICCM Awards ceremony (15 November, NGA)
  • Conference dinner, including three courses, beverages, and birthday cake (16 November, Old Parliament House)

  • Day registrations are not available
  • Registrations are not transferrable or shareable, except by prior arrangement with AICCM.
  • After registering, should your circumstances change, you may nominate a substitute delegate – contact secretariat@aiccm.org.au. Unfortunately, refunds will not be possible if you wish to cancel within 7 days of the event.
Student bursaries
This year, with the support of our Student Sponsors, we are able to offer a number of bursaries that cover student registration. A morning tea will be offered so that successful bursary applicants can meet with the sponsors to discuss mutual interests and future possibilities.

  • Students of any tertiary course may apply
  • Bursaries will be awarded on the basis of merit, with the assistance of the tertiary institution from which the students apply
  • Only AICCM student members are eligible. Applications that do not meet this criteria or provide the information specified above will not be considered.
  • If you are interested in receiving a student bursary, please complete the Bursary Application Form attached here and send to secretariat@aiccm.org.au by COB Sept 30th 2023
  • Please also sent a letter of support from your academic supervisor or course coordinator
