Claire is an objects conservator based in Perth. After completing the Master of Cultural Materials Conservation at the Grimwade Centre, she worked for a number of years in Sydney for the Australian Museum and International Conservation Services, before returning to her WA home to continue to work for ICS in Perth.
As a former artist engraver in the minting industry, she has a particular interest in the conservation of industrial heritage, sculpture, metals and precious metal objects including coins, medals and jewelry. She is a professional member of the AICCM and has held positions in both NSW and WA for a number of years. Claire is a keen advocate for the preservation of the cultural heritage of the largest state in Australia and its diverse communities.
