Hilary has worked in various fields of accounting and book-keeping for over 35 years and has been self employed since 2000. In the past 6 years she has become part of the first intake of the Federal Government’s new Tax Practitioners Board BAS Agents and works with a number of small business clients to help maintain their compliance with tax office obligations.
She has worked with numerous non profit organisations over the past 13 years and finds this kind of work challenging and interesting. While the world of conservation is still something of a mystery to Hilary, she has welcomed the chance to see just a little of an area of the arts to which bookkeepers are not often exposed!
