In this presentation, Doug Rogan will give members a rundown of his life in the conservation world – how he got into it, the weird and wonderful things he has been involved with over the years, and some thoughts on the future of conservation – in the ACT and beyond.
Doug is the Director Museum and Gallery Services, and ACT at International Conservation Services. He began his career as a botanist at Auckland Museum and now specialises in all areas of collections management, relocation and security; and the conservation of public and outdoor art.
