Kasi is an objects conservator, with over ten years experience in the profession. Kasi was trained the University of Melbourne in the Conservation of Cultural Materials Masters and also at the University of Lincoln in the UK. She has previously worked in various cultural institutions, including Artlab Australia, The National Gallery of Australia, the Australian War Memorial and the Art Gallery of NSW. She currently works at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney and is also a lecturer and tutor at the University of NSW.

She has a special interest in the conservation of contemporary art, and enjoys the many challenges and unusual experiences this field offers. Kasi is also interested in conservation advocacy and raising the profile of the profession across different platforms. She has held numerous positions in the AICCM in both state and national committees.
