Lily Monk is a paintings conservator based in Melbourne. She completed the Masters in Cultural Materials Conservation at the University of Melbourne in 2018, and has since worked at David Stein and Co., The Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory, and International Conservation Services. She has a keen interest in hands-on conservation, integrated pest management and communicating conservation to the wider community.
She has co-facilitated conservation and collection management workshops primarily aimed for First Nations artists, museum workers and community members. These workshops were prepared for the Arnhem, Northern, Kimberly Artists Art Worker Extension Program, Maningrida Djomi Museum and the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair.
