The AICCM Tas Division has held a few activities to close out the year. The virtual coffee catch-ups continued with a great discussion on mould in collections and heritage buildings. In November, Tas Div met for a tour of the historic Cascades Female Factory in Hobart followed by lunch at the Cascade Brewery, with the Annual General Meeting held in between. The committee positions were filled by Jenny O’Connell as President, Lisa Charleston as Treasurer, Freya Harrington as Secretary and Katy Ross as Public Officer. We would like to thank the outgoing Public Officer, Nikki King Smith, for her time in the role. The end-of-year party will be a guided tour by Freya Harrington of the exhibition ‘Love and Passion in Van Diemen’s Land’ at Narryna House Museum, followed by lunch at ‘In the Hanging Garden’ in Hobart.
