Gilded Objects Conservation SIG is currently working on preparation of the series of lectures, AICCM/GOCSIG events, which will be held in the Art Gallery of NSW this and next year. The idea is to show an application of gold or silver leaf and their imitation on different works of art. This series originated from a lecture The Victorian Era, Watercolour painting at its peak: An investigation into works from the Art Gallery of NSW Collection.
