Things have been quiet in the old ACT over the last months. Many of us attended the conference in Katoomba and so local events were put on hold. We are looking to some events for the New Year including a talk by a forensic document examiner and a papermaking session at the local Paperworks charity.
Energies are right now focussed on our Christmas Party with the theme being the 60s. The Girl Scout Hall in O’Connor will be turned into a slice of Haight Ashbury for one night. A psychedelic lightshow is being prepared and members are searching Op Shops for tie dyed shirts and beads. Photos will be taken.
