Conservation in Australia. Proceedings of the ICCM National Conference, Canberra, May 1976 (1977), pp.25-29

Abstract

This paper describes the role and function of the National Archives of Australia with particular reference to the size of the conservation problem. Proposals for the future development of conservation throughout the various repositories in Australia are discussed, but without a training program and government financial assistance the future is not promising.
